Costs:
You only pay per quotation request you receive:
There are no initial costs to join; we only charge a fee of $5 AUD per quotation request (lead) sent. This fee is for the initial contact details of the sales lead, and therefore you will be charged whether you secure the sale or not.

You can control the number of requests you receive:
By choosing the areas you receive requests from, you can adjust how many requests you receive (if you add areas, you will receive more requests; by taking areas off your positioning, you will reduce the amount of requests). You can also “pause” your account temporarily, by contacting our sales team at info@homehelp4u.net This allows you to control the amount of requests you receive.

You may cancel the agreement anytime:
There are no minimum time requirements. You will be billed only for the leads sent to you until the moment of receipt of your written cancellation. We will send you a confirmation of your cancellation in writing to confirm the termination of our mutual agreement.
